LSU will have a host of players that will be unable to participate in the Texas Bowl on Tuesday against Kansas State in Houston.
The Tigers entered the day with 39 scholarship players available to play against the Wildcats. And the already thin ranks became that much thinner as kicker Cade York will not play either, per a team spokesperson.

The junior has been perfect on all 39 of his extra-point attempts in 2021 while making 15 of his 18 field goals. He was a 1st-team All-SEC pick in 2020 and received a 2nd-team nod in both 2019 and 2021.

Kickoff between the Tigers and Wildcats is set for 9 p.m. ET on ESPN.
