Keyontae Johnson collapsed on the basketball court nearly 2 years ago for the Florida Gators.

Questions were raised if he would play basketball again. Initial worries even feared for his life. Thankfully, he made a full recovery and is hooping once again.

Johnson transferred from Florida, eventually landing at Kansas State under head coach Jerome Tang, who used to be an assistant coach for Baylor in their 2021 National Championship season.

And Johnson shined in his Wildcats debut, dropping 13 points with 2 rebounds and 4 assists. Johnson played the most minutes of any Wildcat to take the court.

Kansas State went on to beat UT Rio Grande 93-59 for its first win of the season.
