Kirk Herbstreit is one of the most recognizable faces in football. The analyst is on College GameDay and Thursday Night Football and also calls games on Saturday nights for ABC.

Still, Herbstreit always finds time to reveal lists of the most impressive players, coaches, and teams from each week of college football. After Week 11, Herbstreit’s player list includes several SEC players, 1 from the B1G, and 2 from the ACC.

At No. 1, Herbstreit went with Alabama’s Jalen Milroe. Milroe rushed for 185 yards and 4 touchdowns and threw for 109 yards. The Tide went on to beat LSU convincingly, winning 42-13.

The entire Ole Miss defensive line shares Herbstreit’s 2nd spot. The unit racked up 5 sacks, 9 tackles for loss, and held the Bulldogs 59 rushing yards. At No. 3, Cal QB Fernando Mendonza got the honors. Mendoza threw for 385 yards and rushed for 51 more en route to a win over Wake Forest.

Texas QB Quinn Ewers got the No. 4 spot after throwing for 333 yards and 5 TDs. The Longhorns went on to dismantle Florida 49-17. Abdul Carter of Penn State racked up 5 tackles and 2 sacks, earning the No. 5 spot on Herbstreit’s list.

Kye Robichaux of Boston College comes in at No. 6 after rushing for just under 200 yards and finding the end zone twice. Finally, Raheim “Rocket” Sanders of South Carolina got the final spot after rushing for 126 yards and 2 scores. The running back also led the team in receiving with 52 yards and 1 TD.
