Kirk Herbstreit is ready!
The former Ohio State quarterback turned ESPN College Football personality compares the start of the season to being a kid on Christmas Day.
Feels like when you were 6-7 yrs old-In your PJ’s ya raced down the stairs to see if he came..cookies had a few bites taken-he had a few sips of milk too-and LOOK there it was!
A VIBRATING FOOTBALL GAME you had hoped for..
Christmas morning!
Happy College Football Season!— Kirk Herbstreit (@KirkHerbstreit) August 27, 2022
I got one of those vibrating football games when I was eight years old. It looked cool, but all the players did was circle around each other. It also made a lot of noise, so I could only play it on weekends.
Anyway, it’s good to have football back and the growing slate of Week Zero games will hopefully bring us some entertainment. SEC fans will get an early look at Vanderbilt as the Commodores play Hawaii at 10:30 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.
As for Herbstreit and the rest of the College Football Gameday crew, they will be on the air with their first show of the year at 10 a.m. ET. I’m sure you’ll be watching.
Happy College Football season!
