KJ Jefferson certainly appears to love his new offensive coordinator.

Interim OC Kenny Guiton, who took over for the fired Dan Enos, gave an emotional embrace to the Arkansas quarterback after the overtime win at Florida. Leading into the Florida game, Pittman was open about the Arkansas playbook being reduced following Enos’ dismissal. Arkansas’ offensive line has experienced issues this season, and Florida registered 5 sacks, but it did enough to get the win.

The Arkansas offense has sputtered most of the season after the Razorbacks last season averaged 471 yards and 32.5 points per game under Kendal Briles. The offense before the Florida game ranked last in the SEC and was held under 300 yards in 3 straight games.

On Saturday in Gainesville, Arkansas rang up 481 yards and 23 first downs.

Jefferson was 20-for-31 passing for 255 yards, 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. He also had 92 rushing yards and a touchdown.
