Following an injury-riddled tenure at Florida State, Landon Dickerson has enjoyed a terrific 2 seasons at Alabama as one of the top interior linemen in the country.
The Rimington Trophy winner, however, had his 2020 season cut short in the SEC Championship Game due to an ACL tear, meaning he wasn’t on the field in the semifinal against Notre Dame and won’t play in Monday’s College Football Playoff National Championship Game.
But that didn’t stop Dickerson from dressing out one last time for Monday’s contest with his teammates and stepping in to lead his offensive line teammates during their pre-game huddle.

Dickerson’s story is one of perseverance and hard work, putting a disappointing 3 years in Tallahassee behind him to eventually get healthy and become among the elite players in college football at his position. And while he won’t be able to play on Monday, he’ll be able to throw his full support behind his Alabama teammates one last time.
