Lane Kiffin provides early Week 8 outlook for Jaxson Dart, Tre Harris injuries
Lane Kiffin provided the media with an injury update on 2 key players.
Jaxson Dart suffered an injury on the second play of the game of Week 6. Dart was seen riding a bike on the sideline and stretching out his leg. The QB was able to play the entire game, however, and helped the Rebels come away with a 27-20 win over Arkansas.
Kiffin was asked if his QB’s injury will still be affecting him in 2 weeks when the Rebels play again.
“I do not. He’ll be fine,” explained the coach.

Tre Harris suffered a lower-body injury in Week 6 and finished with 1 catch for 26 yards. However, Kiffin isn’t too concerned about this injury either.
“I would anticipate by the time we play, he would be fine,” explained Kiffin.

Luckily, the team has a bye week in Week 7 before taking on Auburn in Week 8. The Rebels will enter that game with a 2-1 record in SEC play and a 5-1 record overall.
