A former Florida offensive lineman is on the move. The Las Vegas Raiders traded tackle David Sharpe and a 2021 seventh-round draft selection to Washington in exchange for a 2021 sixth-round selection, Washington announced Tuesday night.

Sharpe, 6-6, 330 pounds, is set to enter his fourth season in the NFL. The Raiders selected him No. 129 overall in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Sharpe was previously waived by the Raiders in 2018 but returned after a brief time with the Houston Texans. He has appeared in 24 regular-season games, starting 4 contests.

Sharpe, out of Fletcher High School in Jacksonville, Florida, played at UF from 2014-16 under Will Muschamp and Jim McElwain. A left tackle for the Gators, Sharpe played in 33 games, recording 26 starts over his sophomore and junior seasons before leaving early for the NFL.
