Some members of the Lehigh University football team allegedly had a night they’d probably rather forget last month.

It is being reported that there are a variety of charges for as many as seven members of the FCS football program for what was apparently supposed to be a revenge attack on someone that did harm to one of the football player’s fraternity presidents.

As Deadspin so eloquently points out, that’s bad enough as it is. But things get even worse when you attack the wrong person in the wrong house, as this group is accused of doing.

The alleged attack took place Nov. 8, and police said it was led by junior DB Brian Githens. According to court records, Githens admitted that he and a handful of teammates entered the home around 3 a.m., punched holes in walls, kicked down bedroom doors, and repeatedly punched a sleeping resident, sending him to the hospital.

And, yes, Deadspin has reported that someone urinated in the refrigerator as well.

Some of the charged involved for Githens, who has been reported to be the leader of this attack, range from felony burglary to simple assault.
