There has been some smoke within the coaching carousel rumor mill that Oklahoma’s Lincoln Riley could be the next coach at LSU.
The Sooners are playing a huge road game tonight at rival Oklahoma State in a battle to 10-1 teams, and the home team is having some fun with that particular rumor, as during a 1st-half timeout it was blaring “Calling Baton Rouge” by Garth Brooks at Boone Pickens Stadium.
If you listen closely in the background — Boone Pickens Stadium is blasting "Calling Baton Rouge".

The moment was certainly amusing but there is plenty to play for on the field between the Sooners and the Cowboys given Ohio State’s loss earlier in the day at Michigan.
A win tonight by either team and next week in the Big 12 Championship game could lead to a College Football Playoff berth depending on how things play out around the country.
As of right now, it’s Oklahoma State with the early advantage, as it leads 24-17 in the 2nd quarter.
