Lincoln Riley goes off on officials at halftime of USC game after apparent clock error

There was an apparently error with the clock at halftime in Saturday’s matchup between USC and Arizona.
“The Pac-12 has had plenty of referee disasters but the one to end the half at USC-Arizona now was beyond egregious,” Arash Markazi of The Sporting Tribune tweeted. “There were six seconds on the clock as the official stood over the ball and the clock operator in Tucson ran off the six seconds and refs said it was halftime. Wow!”
And it’s safe to say USC head coach Lincoln Riley wasn’t too happy about that whole debacle.

Just after halftime as both teams move into the third quarter, the Trojans lead the Wildcats, 17-16 in a game that may have been closer than they drew up.
Ridiculous by refs on last 5 seconds and no one knows what’s happening! They started clock when Ref still over ball! #USC #Arizona pic.twitter.com/YNxPucfLQa
