When the No. 1 team in the country is coming to town next weekend, it may not be the best idea to give them any bulletin-board material.
However, that’s exactly what Vanderbilt DL Nifae Lealao did after the Commodores’ win over Kansas State on Saturday night, calling out the Crimson Tide.
In the video below, Lealao says “Alabama, you’re next!” about Vandy’s upcoming game against the No. 1 team:

Obviously, Bama players were going to find out about the quote once it went viral, and current and former players alike had responses to Lealao:

Lealao is going to have his hands full trying to back up his words next weekend, as the Crimson Tide will be eager to prove why you should never call out the No. 1 team.
Next weekend’s game in Nashville kicks off at 2:30 p.m. Central time and can be seen on CBS.
