Emory Jones has a new look in Gainesville.
The freshman early enrollee wore No. 14 for his first spring with the Gators but has shed that number for the No. 5 jersey. The touted quarterback recruit announced the news on Monday.
In case you were unaware, Jones rated as a four-star prospect coming out of Franklin, Georgia and picked Florida following a long commitment to Ohio State. He was ranked as the No. 5 dual-threat quarterback prospect and the No. 85 overall recruit in the nation by 247Sports Composite Rankings during the last recruiting cycle.
