LOOK: Former Alabama RB Damien Harris roasts LSU, Grant Delpit on Twitter

Damien Harris is no longer an Alabama running back, but he still loves to roast the Crimson Tide’s rivals.

Harris, who was a third-round selection by the New England Patriots in this spring’s NFL Draft, noticed an SEC Network tweet and had a hilarious response. The tweet featured an SEC Media Days quote from LSU defensive back Grant Delpit saying, “You can expect a lot of swag.” Harris hilariously responded, “So… 8-4?”

With an elite secondary – headlined by Delpit – and big changes being made on offense under passing game coordinator Joe Brady, expectations are high for the Tigers coming off a 10-3 season last year. Harris, however, will always have the last laugh over the Tigers. During Harris’ time in Tuscaloosa (2015-18), Alabama went 4-0 against LSU and won two national championships. It’s safe to say Harris will be watching when the Tigers and Tide meet Nov. 9 at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
