Former Texas A&M TE Martellus Bennett has had quite an NFL career, catching 433 passes for 4,573 yards and 30 touchdowns. He also won a Super Bowl with the New England Patriots during the 2016 season.

As a free agent this offseason, though, he’s decided he will hang up his cleats and pursue other interests, announcing his retirement from the NFL.

As you can see in the interesting tweet below, Bennett will dedicate more time to The Imagination Agency, which is his children’s multimedia company:

Bennett has long been one of the most interesting and creative players in the NFL, so it’s a safe bet that he’ll be good at this new job, too.

We can’t wait to see what Bennett produces, but he’ll certainly be missed in the NFL.
