The Heart of Dallas Bowl took place on Tuesday in less-than-ideal weather conditions, as West Virginia and Utah faced off in cold, wet weather.

That combination didn’t exactly excite fans, as the Cotton Bowl was nowhere near its 92,100-person capacity on Tuesday afternoon.

As you can see in the photo below, the entire upper deck is empty, with full sections in the lower deck unoccupied as well:

The game was pretty uneventful too, as West Virginia didn’t look very good while falling to the Utes 30-14.

The game featured the fewest points in the seven-year history of the Heart of Dallas Bowl, so the fans who were scared away from the game didn’t miss a whole lot.

The few Utah fans who made the trip though were treated to an impressive performance by their team.
