Rick Barnes has been drawing interest from UCLA for the past couple of days, and it seems the Bruins have made a substantial offer to the Tennessee coach.
However, the Vols aren’t going down without a fight, as they’ve extended an offer to Barnes to try to get him to stay and are also getting some help from local restaurants.
As you can see below, Stock & Barrel started things off by offering Barnes free burgers for as long as he stays in Knoxville:

From there, Scrambled Jake’s got in on the action, offering Barnes and his assistants free cinnamon roles for life, which would make early morning film sessions a lot sweeter:
. @RickBarnesUT Stick with UT and you and your coaching staff will get Free Cinnamon Rolls for life from @scrambledjakes #riseandshine #bestbreakfast@espn @ClowESPN @phillipfulmer @UTKDailyBeacon @Vol_Hoops @WillWestWNML @finebaum

Of course, if Barnes accepts a big offer from either school, he’ll be able to afford all the burgers and cinnamon rolls he could possibly want. Still, this shows how much Barnes is liked in the Knoxville community.
