LOOK: Tua Tagovailoa featured on Sports Illustrated cover

The College Football Playoff semifinals are right around the corner. Ahead of the Alabama vs. Oklahoma and Clemson vs. Notre Dame showdowns, Sports Illustrated has put together its CFP preview issue. For some SI subscribers, it will be Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa gracing the cover. Crimson Tide fans elsewhere may be disappointed to find Kyler Murray, Travis Etienne or Ian Book on the SI cover in their mailbox or in stores.
The magazine is going with regional covers featuring the final four’s most prominent players. A regional cover is not the same as landing the national cover, but the Tagovailoa cover issue could still be a cool collector’s item for Alabama fans.
