One of the biggest matchups featured on this weekend’s slate of SEC football action is the annual clash between the LSU Tigers and the Florida Gators.

These 2 in-conference rivals have mainstays on one another’s regular-season schedules dating back to 1971, and have developed one of the more underrated rivalries in the sport over the years.

This season’s edition of this longstanding SEC tilt will take place down in Baton Rouge, and the No. 3-ranked Tigers will be looking to get some revenge on the Gators for their 27-16 loss last year in The Swamp.

The Bayou Bengals will also have a capacity crowd in Death Valley to help them out as they look for their vengeance, as the team announced via X on Wednesday morning that Tiger Stadium has been sold out for the highly anticipated showdown.

The LSU fanbase is consistently one of the best in all of college football at packing out their iconic home venue for big games like this one, so this really isn’t a big surprise.

Brian Kelly’s team will be looking for this 100,000+ crowd of Tiger faithful to bring some serious pressure in the noise department to disrupt the Gators and help secure their first win of SEC play.
