LSU’s defense has been bad in 2020, historically bad.
In the first 3 games, LSU’s defense has allowed more points that at anytime in program in history in the first 3 weeks. On Saturday, things got really bad, as Missouri’s offense put up a 45-spot during Mizzou’s 45-41 upset over LSU.
Yes, Mizzou’s new head coach Eli Drinkwitz is a good play caller, but is he that good?
Mizzou quarterback Connor Bazelak threw for 406 yards and 4 touchdowns, and the rushing attack mounted 180. Mizzou finished 5-of-10 on third downs.
Defensive coordinator Bo Pelini heard it after the loss to Mississippi State. Now, fans are calling LSU to fire him.
I would fire Bo Pelini and leave him in Missouri.

If LSU doesn’t fire Bo Pelini after these two losses, we might as well join the ACC.

Fire Bo Pelini and get the offensive line in the weight room so we can maybe gain a yard when we are at the goal line https://t.co/ywKqa9ErJR
