LSU’s 2021 recruiting class got a nice boost on Monday afternoon.

Despite a previous commitment to Kansas State, 3-star athlete Matthew Langlois has committed to the Tigers.

The New Roads, Louisiana, native announced the news on Twitter earlier on Monday:

Listed at 6-foot, 180 pounds, Langlois also holds offers from Arizona, Mississippi State, Colorado and Houston, amongst others.

He’s the No. 600 overall player in the 2021 recruiting class according to 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s the 19th player to join the Tigers’ 2021 class, which is currently No. 2 in the SEC and No. 5 in the nation.
