Lane Kiffin made his name at Ole Miss by being one of the absolute best at using the portal to bolster his roster from year to year, and he hasn’t missed a beat since making the move to LSU.

Kiffin has been on fire since the January transfer window opened, bringing in a number of highly talented players on both sides of the ball in order to fill out the holes on his new roster down in Baton Rouge.

The Bayou Bengals added to what’s shaping up to be the top transfer portal class in the country yet again on Saturday by signing former Baylor safety and wide receiver Mason Dossett.

A 3-star recruit in the 2024 cycle, Dossett committed to and signed with the Bears as a highly-coveted 2-way player, and ended up redshirting during his first season on campus down in Waco.

Dossett saw limited action in 2025 due to some lingering injury issues, only playing in the team’s first 2 contests of the season, and recording just 1 catch for 11 yards back in week 2 against the Samford Bulldogs.

Now officially locked in with Lane Kiffin‘s LSU program, Dossett will be looking to carve out a consistent role for himself with the Tigers in 2026 and beyond.
