Though they didn’t play in Week 10, the LSU Tigers (7-2, 3-2 SEC) jumped two spots to No. 14 overall in this week’s AP Poll and two spots to No. 15 in the Amway Coaches Poll. The Tigers are coming off a 10-7 win over then-No. 3 Ole Miss in Week 9, one week after returning to the top 25.
LSU entered the season at No. 13 overall, but was unranked after a 41-7 loss to then-No. 5 Auburn on Oct. 4. Since then, the Tigers have won three straight games and look to continue their momentum against No. 4 Alabama in Week 11.
Here’s how the rest of the SEC ranked in this week’s poll: 2014 Week 11 AP Poll
