LSU will still have a healthy running back room in the 2024 season, but on Friday, a veteran starter reportedly hit the transfer portal.
Logan Diggs, who transferred from Notre Dame and started 8 games during the 2023 season, is reportedly looking for a change of scenery. Diggs missed 3 games with an upper body injury, and rushed for 653 yards and 7 touchdowns. He was injured again in the bowl win over Wisconsin. He has one season of eligibility remaining.
Without Diggs, the LSU rushing attack will be handled by the likes of Noah Cain, Kaleb Jackson, Trey Holly, Caden Durham and possibly Josh Williams.
LSU had the SEC’s second-best rushing offense in 2023 with more than 204 yards per game on average.

Idk how to feel about it all.. Often I ask why or even question what have I done, other days I’m more inspired than ever. But today I give it all to you. Idk where you’re taking me or the plans you have for me LORD, but one day it will all make sense, I Love You & I Trust You ??
