LSU’s 2020 schedule could get a minor makeover in the coming days.

FBSchedules.com says Nicholls, an FCS squad from the Southland Conference, will play in Baton Rouge in 2020:

According to the site, Idaho, a Sun Belt team, would likely be the game dropped from the Tigers’ current 2020 schedule. The Idaho game is currently slated to be played in Tiger Stadium Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020. LSU is also scheduled to play Texas at home (Sept. 12) and vs. Rice (Sept. 19) in Houston’s NRG Stadium in the 2020 season.

Nicholls gave Georgia quite a scare in Week 2 of this season before the Bulldogs were able to do just enough to earn a 26-24 win.
