LSU reportedly expected to add former FBS head coach as analyst for 2023

LSU is looking to add to its football staff for the 2023 season. According to one report, a former FBS head coach and long-time defensive coordinator will be joining the Tigers for the 2023 season.
Matt Zenitz with On3 Sports reported Tuesday that Bob Diaco is expected to join Brian Kelly’s staff as an analyst. Diaco went 11-26 overall during a stint as a head coach at UConn while his most recent coaching position was as the DL coach for the New Jersey General in the USFL.

Diaco most recently served as an on-field coach in the collegiate ranks as DC for Purdue in 2020. He also has DC stops at Nebraska, Notre Dame and Cincinnati and has extensive experience as a linebacker coach throughout his career.
