LSU’s offense is shattering a number of records in a blowout of Oklahoma in Saturday’s Peach Bowl, and will advance to the College Football Playoff final against either Ohio State or Clemson.
We can add one last record to the books, though, as the Tigers scored on a late touchdown run by RB John Emery.
As you can see below, Emery bulldozed into the end zone to put the Tigers ahead 63-28. That score set a record for the most points ever scored in a Playoff game:

The previous high was 59 points, which Oregon scored against Florida State in a semifinal game back in 2014.
Now, LSU is atop the record books, adding one more page to its lengthy list of records.
