The top running back in the Class of 2018 is coming to Baton Rouge this weekend.
LSU will be hosting five-star running back Zamir White on Saturday on an unofficial visit before he visits Florida State the very next day, according to 247Sports’ Shea Dixon.
The 6-foot-1, 202-pound five-star prospect out of Laurinburg, N.C., has been offered Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee as well as several other elite programs so far.
Now a junior at Scotland County High School, White wears No. 34 after Bo Jackson.
The Tigers currently have four commitments in their 2018 class, including four-star receiver Davonta Jason, pro-style QB Zadock Dinkelmann and cornerbacks Corione Harris and Kelvin Joseph.
Here’s a look at White, who demonstrates good power and balance with some breakaway speed.
