Luke Hasz has become a budding star for Arkansas, but the dynamic tight end suffered a serious shoulder injury on the opening drive for Arkansas.
Hasz was checked out by the medical staff, and later returned to the sideline without his pads and his left shoulder was wrapped with ice, as he appears to be out for the game. Hasz suffered the injury after a 3rd down catch.
A 4-star prospect coming out of Bixby, Oklahoma, Hasz came into Saturday with 15 catches for 239 yards and 3 touchdowns. He made 1 catch on Saturday for 14 yards.
Hasz turned heads last week with a big-play touchdown at LSU.

In that game, Hasz made 6 receptions for 116 yards and 2 touchdowns in the biggest game of his young career. Hasz’s touchdown catches came on passes of 59 and 11 yards, and he also caught a 2-point conversion pass that made the game 24-24 in the 4th quarter.
For all that production, Hasz was honored as the John Mackey Tight End of the Week.
