Lynn Bowden extends Kentucky’s lead over Louisville with electrifying 60-yard TD run
Kentucky wide receiver-turned-quarterback Lynn Bowden Jr. has been one of the most electric players to watch in the conference this season.
After injuries to quarterbacks Terry Wilson and Sawyer Smith, Bowden took the reins of the offense and showed off the athletic capability to make plays like this one in Saturday’s rivalry game against Louisville. It’s safe to say that Mark Stoops moving Bowden to quarterback is one of the most impactful decisions in the SEC for 2019.

Bowden is showing shades of Michael Vick and Lamar Jackson on that run, and it will be interesting to see if Kentucky and offensive coordinator Eddie Gran can continue to create explosive plays to hold off the Cardinals and get to 7-5.
