Lynn Bowden Jr. was a third-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, but he’s already had quite a few stops in his young NFL career.
After being drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders, Bowden was traded to the Miami Dolphins before he ever played a single down for his original team.
Now, after being let go by the Dolphins this week, Bowden is staying in the AFC East. Per ESPN’s Field Yates, Bowden has signed to be a member of the New England Patriots’ practice squad:

He was one of the most versatile players in the country during his time at Kentucky and a 2020 third-round pick.

In 10 games with the Dolphins in 2020, Bowden caught 28 passes for 211 yards. He also ran the ball 9 times for 32 yards. He spent the 2021 season on injured reserve.
How will he fare in New England? He’ll have a couple of weeks to get up to speed before the 2022 NFL regular season starts!
