Mac Jones has a back injury and will not speak with reporters postgame. Unclear of the severity, but obviously a major story to monitor in the coming days.

Jones is in his second NFL season. As a rookie, Jones started all 17 games, leading the Patriots to 10 wins. Jones was 352-of-521 passing in 2021, throwing for 3,801 yards, 22 touchdowns and 13 interceptions.
In New England’s 20-7 loss to Tua Tagovailoa’s Dolphins, Jones was 21-of-30 for 213 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception. Hopefully, Jones isn’t sidelined for long by the injury and we see him back on the field soon.
