The Razorbacks are starting to heat up on the recruiting trail as Sam Pittman’s program has just picked up its second commitment of the day.
After previously landing a commitment from Tennessee defensive back Jaylen Lewis, the Razorbacks just picked up a pledge from Ohio linebacker Mani Powell.
The McKinley High School product is rated as a three-star prospect, the No. 88 linebacker in the nation and the No. 29 overall prospect from Ohio for the 2022 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
Powell picked Arkansas over scholarship offers from Kentucky, Missouri, Ole Miss, Michigan, Indiana, West Virginia and Syracuse, among others.
After landing Powell, Arkansas now holds commitments from 14 prospects in the 2022 recruiting cycle.
