Mario Cristobal delivers fiery NSFW postgame speech after Miami’s dominant win over Florida
Mario Cristobal let out all of his emotions in a passionate speech following Miami’s 41-17 win over Florida on Saturday.
Following an offseason in which his job security and decision-making were frequently questioned, Cristobal had a lot to get off his chest. Though Miami was in total control for much of its 41-17 win over rival Florida in The Swamp, Cristobal was still fired up.

The third-year Hurricanes head coach applauded his players for their pride and passion for the university, as well as how they handled the offseason adversity that came from outside the program.
“I love the way you fu—– prepare, I love the way you love this school and the way you work,” Cristobal said to his players.
He ended the speech with a series of “booms” that the team joined in on. A central theme to his message was dealing with the negative talk regarding the state of the Miami program as well as Cristobal’s coaching ability and job security.
“We had enough of the bulls—, enough of the people tearing us down,” Cristobal said. “All you did was go out there and kick the living s— out of that team.”
The Hurricanes head back to Coral Gables for a two-game homestead against Florida A&M and Ball State before they venture to Tampa for a date with South Florida.
