Mark Ingram puts Ahmad Hardy in 3-way tie for No. 1 RB in CFB

Former Alabama running back Mark Ingram released his top 3 RBs in college football, and he had a hard time choosing who is the No. 1.
Instead of choosing a No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 RB, Ingram has all of his RBs tied for No. 1. Those RBs include Jeremiyah Love, Justice Haynes, and Ahmad Hardy. While he couldn’t rank these 3, it’s clear Ingram believes these are the best RBs in college football.

Hardy has been on a tear this season for the Missouri Tigers. He currently has 782 yards and 9 touchdowns through 6 games. Hardy had his best game against UL-Monroe on Sept. 13, when he rushed for 250 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Hardy had not totaled less than 100 yards until Missouri’s most recent game against Alabama, where he had just 52 yards on 12 carries. Every other game, Hardy had totaled 100 yards or more and at least 1 touchdown.
Hardy has also been a staple of ball security for the Tigers, as he hasn’t lost a fumble once this year.
Hardy is pretty much a non-factor in the passing game, as he’s only caught 3 passes for 4 yards, but when you average 6.8 yards a rush, it’s easy to forget about the passing game.
