Ole Miss started really slow against UT Martin Saturday, but it certainly didn’t end like that.
QB Shea Patterson broke Chad Kelly’s single-game passing record and finished with 489 yards and five TDs, and he’s playing out of his mind right now.
After leading just 17-16 at halftime, the Rebels outscored the Skyhawks 28-7 in the second half to win 45-21. And that’s what Luke focussed on to open his press conference.
Luke was unhappy with the team’s slow start, and he thought the team lacked energy in the first half. And on another note, he confirmed he will attend the NCAA’s COI hearing.
Matt Luke is here:
"I wasn't very happy with our energy in the first half."
