In a changing era of college football, one of the teams emerging as a potential dynasty squad is the Georgia Bulldogs. The team most recently defeated the Ohio State Buckeyes and is set to face the TCU Horned Frogs for a chance at their second consecutive national title.
The team’s success has changed the fan base and overall perception, something that former Georgia offensive lineman Matt Stinchcomb recently elaborated on.
“I do think that this season, it feels like boy has that’s (negative attitude and expectations( been scrubbed,” he said. “And now it’s like, wait a minute, we fully expect it to work out.”
With the way Georgia has progressed and played complementary football, there’s reason to believe this is a program that will continuously recruit well and contend on a consistent basis at a high level.
For years, @GeorgiaFootball fans expected negative outcomes and braced for the worst.
Now, former Georgia OL @mstinch79 says he is seeing a shift in the mindset of the fan base toward a more optimistic approach. #GoDawgs pic.twitter.com/FWS4vN7Jky
