Max Wright was sent to the hospital before halftime after the Texas A&M medical staff didn’t like what he was felling and sent him as a precaution, according to a report on the SEC Network.

Wright initially appeared to suffer a wrist injury and left the game. That left the Aggies especially thin at tight end after Donovan Green did not play in the game.

Coming into Saturday, Wright played in 6 games, and made 4 starts. He caught 2 passes for 21 yards, including a 9-yard touchdown reception at South Carolina, and also had a 31-yard reception against Ole Miss.

Overall, he has 8 catches for 111 yards and a touchdown this season.
