Mike Gundy offers up the best quote of Big 12 Media Days when asked about possibility of coaching his son

Whatever you think of Mike Gundy, you have to admit he’s one of a kind.
There’s no debating the mullet man of Oklahoma State is always good for a quote and he saved his latest gem for his most recent appearance at Big 12 Media Days.
If you were unaware, not only does Gundy have a son that’s on the college football recruiting radar as a 2020 quarterback prospect, he named his son Gunnar. That’s right, Gunnar Gundy is currently slinging touchdowns for Stillwater High School in Oklahoma.
Here’s what the elder Gundy had to say when asked about coaching up his son at the next level, according to Scott Wright of the Oklahoman.
“I told him, if you come to Oklahoma State,” Gundy said at Big 12 Media Days, “I’ll coach you like I do everybody else… If you’re the best player, you’ll play. If not, you won’t play — even though I’m sleeping with your mom.”
That’s an awkward image for Gunnar but he’s probably used to these comments by now.
Gundy also offered up this gem during his appearance at the event.
