Mississippi State fans got to hear from new head football coach Mike Leach on Saturday night.

Leach visited Humphrey Coliseum and spoke to the MSU home crowd during the first half of the Mississippi State-Georgia basketball game. Beat reporters covering the game captured videos of Leach addressing fans and tossing t-shirts during a first-half timeout:

Leach wasn’t the only Bulldogs football coach checking out the basketball game. Steve Spurrier Jr., who coached alongside Leach at Washington State and now is on staff at MSU, shared a photo.

As for the Battle of the Bulldogs on the hardwood, Mississippi State leads 42-31 at the end of the first half.
