Mike Leach calls out Texas Tech for owing him money, quips school should deliver check at Liberty Bowl

Mike Leach’s tenure at Texas Tech didn’t end on the best of terms. Leach left the school and went to Washington State.
The tension is still there between the 2 parties, as Leach contends the school still owes him money from the 2009 season.
As the Mississippi State Bulldogs prepare to play Texas Tech in the Liberty Bowl, Leach joked that the Red Raiders could simply deliver him the check then:

Leach will be extra motivated to beat his former school. He’ll have his guys ready to play.
The Liberty Bowl is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 28, at 6:45 p.m. Eastern time on ESPN.
