Mike Leach has a unique mind, to say the least.
The Mississippi State coach can wax poetic about almost any topic, and on Saturday night after Mississippi State’s big win over NC State, Leach had another great quote.
As you can see below, when discussing WR Malik Heath, Leach compared quarterbacks to dogs, saying they’ll throw your way more often if you keep giving them little treats (like catching their passes):

Mississippi State QB Will Rogers threw for 294 yards and 2 touchdowns in the win. Dillon Johnson led the way with 6 catches for 70 yards.
Malik Heath had 2 catches for 29 yards and a score, while Jaden Walley caught the other touchdown as part of a 5-catch, 44-yard day.
