The strange documentary “Tiger King” on Netflix has taken the world by storm in recent weeks, with seemingly everyone watching it.
Mississippi State coach Mike Leach is among those who have watched Joe Exotic and company’s wild journey, and he weighed in on the documentary on Monday.
Appearing on “The Paul Finebaum Show,” Leach compared the show to a Quentin Tarantino movie (via 247Sports):
“When I was on with Clay Travis we talked for an hour about ‘Tiger King,’ which I highly recommend,” Leach said. “Everybody needs to see ‘Tiger King.’ It’s like Quentin Tarantino on steroids except he’d have to back off on some of the facts to make the thing believable because the truth is wilder than fiction.”
From Oct. 24 to Nov. 7 during the 2020 season, Leach’s Bulldogs will play 3-straight Tigers — LSU, Auburn and Mizzou. Will Leach become the SEC’s Tiger King?
