When Texas A&M joined the SEC, they brought along one of the most unique traditions in college football: the Midnight Yell Practice. Every Friday before games, Aggies fans gather and practice the teams chants and cheers.
After delivering a beatdown to the Aggies, it appears Mississippi State is going to be taking up the Yell Practice tradition as well. The Bulldogs’ official Twitter account put out a message on Tuesday morning encouraging fans to come out to Davis Wade Stadium on Friday night, ahead of Mississippi State’s game against Auburn, for “Cowbell Yell,” putting their own twist on the tradition by working in the cowbells you hear ringing at Bulldogs games.

If they’re lucky, maybe some Texas A&M fans stuck around to show them how to practice their cheers properly.
