The SEC has been dominating the first round of the 2020 MLB Draft on Wednesday night, and that continued with the No. 14 overall pick.

That’s when the Texas Rangers decided they wanted to take Mississippi State 2B Justin Foscue, a talented hitter who has some serious pop with his bat.

In his last full season of college baseball (which happened in 2019, due to the COVID-19 pandemic), Foscue played in 67 games, recording 91 hits, 14 home runs and 60 RBI. He hit .331 and had 2 stolen bases.

Below, you can see some of Foscue’s highlights from his time with the Bulldogs:

The Rangers finished the 2019 season with an overall record of 78-84, good for third place in the AL West, behind the Houston Astros and Oakland Athletics.
