The Mississippi State Bulldogs are getting set to take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish for the Women’s National Championship on Sunday night, and this time, the Bulldogs are favored to win.

After losing the title game to South Carolina last year, the Bulldogs made it back to the final, catching a break when Notre Dame knocked off undefeated UConn.

Just ahead of tipoff, the Bulldogs were listed as 3.5-point favorites to take home the national championship trophy:

The Irish are red-hot after having knocked off the undefeated Huskies, but the Bulldogs have been the second-best team in the country all year long.

Sunday night’s game should be interesting. Tune in to ESPN at 6 p.m. Eastern time to catch the action.
