Mississippi State lands commitment from in-state wide receiver

Mississippi State has picked up commitment No. 10 for its 2022 recruiting class. On Sunday, Horn Lake (Mississippi) standout Janorris Hopson announced his pledge to Mike Leach’s program.
Hopson plays quarterback and wide receiver for Horn Lake. On the 247Sports Composite, he is rated as a 3-star wide receiver, the No. 19 recruit in Mississippi and the No. 681 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2022. Hopson, who also runs track, chose MSU over five other offers, including Florida State and Memphis.
Hopson lists himself at 6-feet, 175 pounds on Hudl where his junior season highlights are posted. They can be viewed in the video embedded below:
