Mississippi State’s depth for the 2015 season took a hit on Tuesday after offensive lineman Kent Flowers and safety Jahmere Irvin-Sills announced their intentions to transfer, the Clarion-Ledger reported.

Depth issues were already concern up front following the exit of three starters off last season’s team before Flowers decided to bolt to Copiah-Lincoln Community College. He played in a reserve role during six games last season.

Irvin-Sills made 10 tackles last fall and competed for a second-team spot during the spring.
