Mississippi State men’s basketball team accepts nonconference tournament invite for 2022-23 season

Mississippi State men’s basketball team is fighting for a spot in this year’s NCAA Tournament.

But, on Tuesday, the Bulldogs also started putting together their 2022-23 nonconference schedule.

As you can see below, the team took to Twitter on Tuesday to announce it had accepted an invitation to the Fort Myers Tip-Off for the 2022-23 season:

Mississippi State will be joined by Georgia Tech, Utah and Marquette in the Fort Myers Tip-Off field. Matchups and game times will be revealed later, but the tournament will be held from Nov. 21 to Nov. 23 in 2022.

For now, though, the Bulldogs will focus on an upcoming game against South Carolina on Tuesday night.
