It has been a huge day for Mississippi State’s 2020 recruiting class.

Shortly after securing a commitment from 4-star athlete Lideatrick Griffin, the Bulldogs earned another verbal pledge from 4-star receiver Emory “E. Jai” Mason. The in-state prospect from Clinton announced his decision on Twitter, which you can see below.

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Mason is the fourth-best prospect from Mississippi in 2020’s recruiting class, according to 247Sports.com’s composite ratings. He’s also the No. 32 receiver and No. 199 overall player in that group.

Mason is the fourth recruit in Mississippi State’s 2020 class, joining Griffin, 3-star safety Trenton Yowe and unrated receiver Johnquarise Patterson. As it currently stands, the Bulldogs’ class is No. 8 in the SEC and 20th nationally.
